This is a Minnesota: Principal Hot-dish by Region Hot Pad. It is 100% cotton, designed by yours truly and made in India. This hot pad is 7" by 9" and has a pocket on the back. The image is silkscreened on white cotton. The border and back are blue cotton. The hot pad is filled with cotton batting. This hot pad is silkscreened with water based ink in three kitchen colors, blue, red and yellow. It will shrink with washing and have some fading over time as water-based inks can do but overall is very durable.
