Extended Warranties

AppleCare+

Protect your Apple products with AppleCare+, offering service and support from Apple experts.

• Coverage Details:
  Most Apple devices come with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. Extend your coverage with AppleCare+ to enjoy:
  
  • Unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection (subject to service fees).
    
    • Mac: $99 for screen or enclosure damage; $299 for other accidental damage.
    • iPad: $49 for device damage; $29 for Apple Pencil or Apple-branded iPad keyboards.
  • Coverage for Apple Watch, Apple Display, AirPods, Apple TV, and HomePod.
  • Enterprise-level protection for Mac and iPad with AppleCare for Enterprise, exclusive to the University of Minnesota.

Consumer Priority Service (CPS)

For non-Apple devices, the Consumer Priority Service (CPS) plan offers:

• Three or four years of extended warranty coverage for defective parts and labor.
• Accidental damage protection for Mac and PC devices.

M Tech is an authorized CPS service provider, ensuring seamless support for your devices.

Microsoft Complete

Extend the life of your Microsoft Surface with Microsoft Complete:

• Up to 4 years of coverage and support for Surface devices.
• Protection against drops, spills, and cracked screens.
• Includes two claims for covered defects or accidental damage (each subject to a $49 deductible).

Apple Repairs

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, M Tech's Apple-certified technicians provide reliable support for:

• Hardware repairs for Mac, iPad, and Apple accessories (under AppleCare+, CPS, or out-of-warranty).
• Software services, including macOS installation and data backup.

PC Laptop Repairs

Our experienced technicians also offer off-warranty repairs for PC laptops, including:
